Bramshaw is a collection of hamlets comprising Brook, Bramshaw, Canterton, Dazel, Fritham, Furzley and Penn. It lies entirely within the New Forest National Park and includes large tracts of land owned by the National Trust and Crown Land administered by the Forestry Commission. Located some 10 miles west of Southampton, just south of the A36, Bramshaw is easily accessible from Junctions 1 and 2 of the M27.
This content of this web site has been prepared by the Parish Council to provide a source of information for both residents and visitors. At this stage it is very much work in progress. Due to the closure of the Bramshaw Social Club, there is now vacant space available in the Village Hall.
You are invited to a meeting to discuss the effects of the closure and to bring new ideas /suggestions for discussion, that this opportunity will create.
